How can I properly prepare my white tea?Updated 4 months ago

White tea is delicate and should be prepared gently to reveal all the subtlety of its aromas

🌡️ Water temperature: 70 to 75°C (158–170°F)
Avoid boiling water, as it may overpower its delicate notes. Simply let the water cool for a few minutes after boiling.

Steeping time: 2 to 3 minutes (maximum 3 minutes)
To preserve its finesse, we recommend not exceeding 3 minutes of infusion.

🍃 Dosage: about 2g for 20cl of water
Approximately one well-rounded teaspoon.

A refined and soothing moment… perfect for a gentle, elegant tea break
