How do I place an order on the website?Updated 4 months ago
Here are the different steps to complete your purchase easily:
1️⃣ Log in to your customer account
Go to the login page.
2️⃣ Enter your details
If you do not yet have an account, click on “Create an account”.
Otherwise, enter the email address used to create your account and your password, then click “Log in”.
Once logged in, you can browse the website and access your personal information.
3️⃣ Choose your products
When you click on a category (for example “Teas”), the products will appear.
To see all available formats for a blend, simply click on its picture.
Once you have made your choice, click “Add to cart”.
4️⃣ View your cart
At any time, you can view your cart by clicking “Cart” at the top right of your screen.
5️⃣ Validate your cart
From your cart, you can:
Change quantities using the – or + buttons
Remove an item by clicking the cross
✨ If you have a promo code, enter it in the “promo code” box and click OK.
After checking your cart, click “Checkout”.
⚠️ If the checkout button does not allow you to proceed, please check whether one of your items is out of stock.
6️⃣ Enter your address
For your first order, you will need to provide:
Your billing address
Your delivery address (if different)
Click “New address” and fill in the required fields.
Our website includes a geolocation system: after entering your postal code, a list of cities will be suggested. Please make sure to select the correct one.
7️⃣ Choose your delivery method
For deliveries in mainland France, several options are available:
Colissimo pick-up point
Home delivery with Colissimo / Mondial Relay / UPS
Express delivery with DHL
Click “Continue” to proceed to payment.
8️⃣ Choose your payment method
You can pay via:
PayPal
Credit card
If you choose to pay by credit card, you can securely save your card details for future orders. This storage is protected by SSL encryption.
9️⃣ Confirm your order
Check your addresses and selected products one last time.
Then tick the box “I accept the general terms and conditions” and click “Confirm and proceed to payment”.
