If the issue occurs on the cart page (step 1), it is possible that an item currently out of stock is in your cart. By removing it, you should be able to proceed to the next step by clicking “Checkout”.
Please also make sure that you are properly logged into your customer account before continuing.
If the difficulty appears on the delivery page (step 2), please check that all required fields have been completed (especially the phone number) and that a delivery method (Colissimo or DHL) has been selected.
Finally, if the issue occurs on the payment page (step 3), make sure you have selected a payment method and then clicked “Confirm and proceed to payment” at the bottom of the page.
If you choose to pay by credit card, you will automatically be redirected to our secure payment platform Adyen.
If the order cannot be completed, it may be that the bank details entered are incorrect or that your online payment limit has been reached. In this case, an error message will appear in a red box explaining the reason.
If the problem persists despite these checks, our Customer Service team is of course at your disposal
Please feel free to contact us, describing the issue as precisely as possible, indicating at which step the problem occurs, as well as the device used (computer, tablet, smartphone…) and the browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari…).
Finally, remember to regularly clear your browser cookies, as this can sometimes resolve certain issues.
