I have a promo code. How can I use it?Updated 4 months ago

First of all, please make sure you are logged into your customer account before entering your promo code. Some offers are reserved for specific countries or for KusmiKlub members. If you enter your code before logging in, the system will not be able to determine whether you are eligible for the offer.

If you are logged in and your code still doesn’t work, please check that there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the code. When copying and pasting, an extra space can sometimes be added without you noticing 😉

Please also note that only one promo code can be used per order. We also recommend checking that your code is still valid (the validity date and conditions are indicated at the bottom of our newsletters).

If you have checked all these points and your promo code is still not applied, our Customer Service team will of course be happy to assist you.
