If you made a purchase in one of our boutiques, your points will be linked to your Kusmiklub account, provided that your registration has been fully completed 😊
✅ You already have a customer account on our website
If you already have a customer account on our website (using the same email address as the one provided in-store) and your Kusmiklub registration has been confirmed via the link received by email, the connection will be made automatically.
➡️ You will then be able to view your points balance directly in your KusmiKlub area on our website.
📝 You do not yet have a customer account on our website
No problem! Simply:
create a customer account on our website using the same email address provided in-store,
then click on “Join Kusmiklub” in your customer area.
⚠️ Please note: make sure you have completed your Kusmiklub registration by clicking on the link received by email before taking this step.
Otherwise, the link with your in-store account will not be created automatically, and a second loyalty account may be generated.
