You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal.
If this 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is automatically extended until the next working day.
To submit your request, simply download the withdrawal form : formulaire de rétractation and send it back to us by email.
Our customer service team will respond within 48 business hours to assist you with the process.
Please note: only the person who paid for the order is entitled to exercise this right.
Once your request has been validated by our customer service team, you may return the parcel to the address indicated on the withdrawal form.
