Unfortunately, products ordered on www.kusmitea.com cannot be exchanged.
If you would like a different item, you simply need to exercise your right of withdrawal, then place a new order with the products of your choice.

However, for purchases made in our stores, an exchange is possible within 30 days, upon presentation of the receipt and provided that the product has not been opened (and remains sealed in its original packaging).
