One of the items I received is defective — how can I return it?Updated 4 months ago

If, upon opening your parcel, you notice an error in the products received or if an item appears to be defective, please take a photo of the item concerned and contact our customer service team.
Our team will quickly guide you through the next steps and provide an appropriate solution.

📦 What if the parcel is damaged upon delivery?

If your parcel is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend that you refuse it with the carrier. It will then be automatically returned to us.

Once the parcel has been received at our warehouse, we will proceed with the refund of your order within 7 days.
