How can I exercise my rights?

For any questions or to exercise your rights, you can contact us by email at:

[email protected]

To help us process your request, please include:

  • your full name,

  • your email contact details,

  • and, if possible, your customer reference.

We are committed to responding as quickly as possible and, in any event, within one month of receiving your request.

If necessary (due to the complexity or number of requests), this period may be extended by two additional months. In that case, you will of course be informed of the extension and the reasons for the delay.

If your request is submitted electronically, we will respond electronically where possible, unless you specifically request otherwise.

ℹ️ Please note: The CNIL specifies that providing a copy of an ID document is not mandatory. You may provide any other relevant information (such as your name, surname, or customer ID) to help verify your identity.

If we are unable to comply with your request, we will explain the reasons. You will then have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and/or seek judicial remedy.
