What are the refund terms and conditions?Updated 4 months ago

As soon as the returned products are received at our warehouse, we will proceed with your refund as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after their receipt.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for your purchase.

🔁 If you paid with a voucher

We will reactivate a voucher directly on your loyalty account.

If your order was paid using a voucher whose purchase price was lower than its redemption value (for example: a voucher purchased for €25 giving access to €50 worth of purchases), we will refund the amount actually paid, i.e. €25 in this example.

🎁 If you used a gift card

We will send you a new Kusmi gift card directly to the email address used to make your purchase.
