What can I do if my credit card payment is declined?Updated 5 months ago

After entering your credit card details and confirming your order, our secure payment partner Adyen contacts your bank to obtain payment authorization.

If your payment is declined, we first recommend checking that the information entered (card number, expiry date, security code) is correct.
If everything is accurate, we suggest contacting your bank to find out the reason for the refusal. In most cases, this is due to a weekly payment limit being reached or exceeded.

If you have any doubts regarding the validation of your order (for example, if you have not received an order confirmation email), our Customer Service team is of course at your disposal
