What should I do if I notice a mistake in the address I entered?Updated 4 months ago

To ensure fast and efficient delivery, our teams process orders within very short timeframes.

Once you have received the email confirming that your order is being processed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify the delivery address.

We therefore kindly invite you to carefully check your details before finalizing your order to avoid any inconvenience.

In accordance with Section 5 of our General Terms and Conditions, ORIENTIS GOURMET cannot be held responsible if delivery is not possible due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, we will of course refund the value of the products (excluding shipping costs) as soon as the parcel has been received back at our warehouse.
